Dos and Don'ts

This is a netiquitte that we did with our I.C.T teacher "James". We worked on this today and I completed along with a few other students. I did it about what we should do on the computer an what we should not do on the computer. Hope you enjoyed!!:)

Woahhh!!! I fall hard to the solid ground. I get up wondering what had happened but just then I heard a noise it sounded like scratching, but I didn't know what it was it could be anything!!! I check my pockets for something or anything at all. But they are blank I couldn’t believe it!!! Suddenly Something jumped out of nowhere A CAT!!!! a very ugly cat that is. It had no fur, bright yellow eyes and huge sharp nails!! It started moving very slowly towards me and I was so scared. I quickly picked up a stick and whack!!!

Today we did 100 word stories and we got a picture to write about. You could either do fun place or a deadly place i chose deadly place. I hope you enjoy!!!!!

As you know, the Olympic Games have been held in Rio and the Paralympics will be starting soon.  We will use this great festival of sport for our prompt this week.

BANG!!!!! I hear the gun go as I start pedalling, I have a quick look behind me and I see how far behind my competitors are. I see Them Miles away. Now I Start slowing down as my legs get tired but just then I saw the finish line and I start sprinting the bike. Oh no, My bike broke, I guess I shouldn't have eaten all those donuts before the race!!!. So I get up and start running, Then I hear bikes coming up behind me so I start sprinting. Finally I past the FINISH LINE. I WON!!!!

This is a 100 word story that I did about the Rio Olympics. I had fun writing it because we could use our imagination and do what ever we wanted to do on the 100 word story. I hope you enjoy!!!!!!

My Speech

 Imagine walking into school being pushed around by someone, would you want to come to school? …… well I wouldn’t. And what if you don’t want to suffer the embarrassment that some people put you through? This is bullying and we have it everywhere around us. There’s different types of bullying there’s, physical bullying, Cyber bullying, and verbal bullying. Physical bullying is when you use contact to hurt someone and leave them with bruises or marks because of the power you have used to hurt them. Verbal bullying is when you use words to hurt them or make fun of them in anyway. Cyberbullying is when someone is online saying rude things about you. Why do people bully?.... People bully because they don’t get enough attention at home or in the class, people also bully because they think they are so cool and they think it’s hilarious but it’s really not. One more reason bullies bully is because they haven’t been treated very nicely in the past. Rumors…. rumors are another problem at school but you know what I say , rumors are said by haters, spread by fools, and accepted silly people. Why should we stop bullying?..... We should stop bullying because when someone bullies you, you probably feel, not safe, scared and sad. We should also stop bullying because the amount of people getting bullied is increasing and no one likes a bully. We should stop bullying because did you know that 160,000 kids skip school because they are getting bullied, that’s a lot of learning lost, and this could set them up for a bad job and a bad life. And did you know that 3.2 million kids are bullied every year and I don’t know about you but I think that should stop. Also because people can forgive you but the can never forget that one moment you have said something horrible to them. I believe we should stop bullying because it hurts others in many different ways and there is absolutely no reason why bullying should happen anywhere in schools or anywhere else. A couple ways we can help stop bullying is by firstly treating others the way we want to be treated. And also by making sure everyone is aware that some kids are getting bullied which they then can step in and help out the victim by calling an adult.. We should all do our part to stop bullying so we can have a safe and happy school. I hope that if you are a bully that you have listened to my speech and considered what I have been saying. Thank you for listening to my speech and I hope that you put some thought into helping to stop bullying. The End 

This is my speech that I practised to go into the speech finals, I said my speech in front of the year 5 and 6. I wasn't the winner but I was still proud of my self for going up on stage and saying my speech. I Hope You Enjoy!!!!!!

A Quality Blog Comment
